I only knew Sybil on a professional level, by becoming acquainted with her artwork at the New York Gift show and falling immediately in love with her orchid series. Over the years they have become a constant in my inventory and I have watched customers collect a series over time, or purchase several all at once. Her work and the meanings she expressed have touched many people, and will continue to touch them even though she is gone.
