I know it has been many years but I just learned of Sybil's passing 2 days ago. I met Sybil many years ago when I worked at Escott Place in Grass Valley. She came in one day and we talked for a long time. A few weeks latter she came to the store and handed me a beautify wrapped gift. Inside was a journal. Oh it is so beautiful and I treasure it. I moved to town a few years ago. I was walking by the store West Wind and thought of Sybil. I went inside and that is when I learned she had passed away. Such a gifted,wise and generous lady. I am honored to have met her and it goes without saying I treasure the journal she gave me. I wanted to share this little story with her family and friends who I know must miss her so much. Carole Loy
